Abigail's observations of emotional struggles in her five-year Early education journey sparked a determination for a holistic approach. She found the answers in the enduring practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation, curating unique programs that unify different wellness elements.

Armed with comprehensive training in Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga, Kids Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Early Childhood Education, and Fitness, Abigail brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her goal is not only to guide children and teens towards happier, calmer lives but to provide them with lifelong skills for navigating their emotional world. Abigail stands as a guiding beacon, leading the young towards a balanced, joyous life of wellbeing.

Tayla started teaching children's yoga, merging her dual passions for yoga and working with kids. Her years of experience in primary education have validated the positive impacts of yoga and mindfulness in classrooms.

Tayla relishes the rewarding experience of empowering future generations. She is devoted to nurturing children's mental and physical wellbeing, fostering self-care habits, and enhancing emotional regulation skills, all while making the process engaging and fun. Incorporating literacy tools into her classes, she uses books as a medium to teach emotions and calming techniques. Tayla cherishes the unique contributions each child, from infants to teens, brings to her yoga classes.

six years of experience in teaching fun, engaging classes that emphasize learning through play. Kathleen's love for performing arts, singing, and movement inspired her to start a yoga practice in 2020, and she continues to practice yoga and pilates regularly.

Kathleen enjoys engaging with children, teachers, and families, promoting mental health awareness, well-being, and self-care practices. Her yoga classes creatively mix movement and singing, presenting a variety of games and activities that develop teamwork, motor skills, concentration, and balance.

Despite her busy schedule, Kathleen finds time for her hobbies which include caring for plants, spending time in nature, and scrapbooking. She particularly enjoys ending each class with a short meditation, helping children feel grounded and ready for their day.

Abbey

Abbey is passionate yogi, actor and owner of Enchanted Wings Entertainment. With 6 years in children’s entertainment, Abbey brings a unique skill set involving music, singing and storytelling to create engaging classes where children can develop social skills, motor skills, problem solving, concentration and creative thinking.
With the help of ‘Yogi Bear’ Abbey uses yoga poses/ flows to create fun stories about adventure, family, animals and more.
Using this method of teaching makes for a fun and engaging class where she likes to focus on breath work, calming techniques, wellness and imagination. 

In her spare time likes to practise yoga, see live performances, visit to local markets and spend time in the (SOMETIMES rare) Melbourne sun. She is passionate about creating a life filled with joy and brings this demeanour to her classes.
