What happens if a child finds an exercise too difficult?

Our instructors can adjust poses to suit individual needs. We foster a supportive environment where children are encouraged to listen to their bodies and go at their own pace.

How often do you recommend sessions in childcare's?

We recommend fortnightly sessions for a steady and beneficial progression in our yoga and wellbeing program. This frequency allows children to consistently practice and build on their skills.

Do you operate in school holidays?

Yes, we continue to offer our sessions during school holidays. This ensures children can maintain their yoga practice and wellbeing activities consistently throughout the year.

Do children under 3 benefit from your programs?

Absolutely! The work we have done with children under the age of 3 has been truly amazing. Even at such a young age, these children have been able to grasp the fundamental concepts of breathwork and yoga poses. Through gentle movements and breathing exercises, these toddlers experience the joys of yoga while developing their physical and emotional awareness. This early introduction to yoga can set the foundation for a lifelong journey of mindfulness and well-being.

Can educators join in on the sessions?

Absolutely! We warmly encourage educators to participate in our sessions. Their involvement not only enhances the group dynamic but also supports a consistent yoga and wellbeing practice across the school/centre's environment.

How does your program align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)?

Our program supports the EYLF's key learning outcomes. It encourages children's sense of identity, contributes to their wellbeing, enhances their learning and cognitive skills, fosters effective communication, and promotes exploration and engagement with their environment. Through yoga and mindfulness activities, we facilitate holistic development aligned with EYLF principles.
